Distance between borders bug

After reuniting Ruthenia (Ukraine) everyone immediately broke their relations with me. I was wondering why, after looking at the likehood of them rejoining the alliance I saw "distance between borders -19700" penalty, "-50000" for royal marriage. I tried moving my capital to various provinces within my state but this modifier didn't even slightly change.
Everything's wrong after this patch... Urgh.. From loading crashes to new game bugs. I never though I'd say that, but after the latest patch the game has turned much worse. Paradox should really test their products before releasing them.

I heard you need only reload game (or restart). As for my game, i encountered this too, but got fixed in time itself (but i dont know if i reloaded game between). Try and tell us results :)

Just tried it out. Neither reloading or restarting the game doesn't work

After conquering some provinces it should go away automatically. Had the same problem after founding Spain. The bug was gone in a few countries after i conquered some space in marocco, but not in all. For instance England and Brittany still had the distance border bug..

The reloading tends to take a few trys. I've heard 1 to 5 reloads at the extreme.
