Mod to Change Monthly Cash Collect Sound Effect

When I'm trying to focus on the game with my volume turned up, that loud "♥♥♥♥♥" noise that happens every month when ever I collect income is starting to drive me crazy.

I wish that there was a mod that change the monthly income sound effect to something more quiet but still notice able. I don't have to have to turn the game's effect volume just so I can focus.
