Also, anyone who knows anything about the period depicted in eu4 knows about polish-hungarian relations, and they were very good, seeing as how the day before the game starts in history poland-hungary had basically what poland-lithuania would have, a personal union... 2 separate political entities ruled by ONE man.
Honestly, you should be able to PU Hungary very easily as Poland from day one.
