expansion/exploration will only give you few provinces. Instead use the adm points better for adm tech to get adm efficiency. Humanism is also not needed, because you can convert provinces fast to sunni.
As for ideas i would pick administrative (less coring costs) and religious (CB) first. After that it depends on your monarch.
I agree that Humanism is not needed though. Usually it's a toss up between accepting (humanism) and converting (religious) others, and with the big bonusses Najd gets for religious conversion you don't even really need religious ideas. The CB is still great though.
Admittedly the idea of a tolerant Jihad where you accept heathens and heretics enough to keep your full religious unity is interesting, but the conversion route probably is easier.
Admin ideas are great for the reduced coring cost, and Influence is great if you go the vassal route.
Aristocratic is imo still the strongest military idea, especially if you get it early. You probably won't have the time and the timing to westernize, so the tech cost reduction for military is even more important.
Past that it depends on what points you have available and what you feel you need. Keep in mind that getting to administrative efficiency will be huge though, so don't spend too many admin points.
But whatever thanks
