Absolutist monarchy.
How do you become absolutist monarchy as Poland? Because there is not government reform as such.

Are you asking this for the "One King to Rule!" achievement? I assume you got "Absolutist monarchy" from the achievement description. I would consider the description to be nothing more than meaningless flavor text. I would recommend to check the actual conditions on the wiki or in the tooltip of the ingame achievement list.

yes, that is for that achievement, Does it matter which of Tier 6 government reform i pick here? From in game achievement list current number is 5/56, the only thing is that I have no idea how to fix Polish elective monarchy reform.
You have to get through the "Struggle for Royal Power" to get rid of that reform, and end it with the absolutist path (not the "concede to nobles" path).
T6 does not matter at all.

It´s about the in game events and decision as said above. It´s been a while since i did that. Also one of the few games i played till the end - probably even the only one in which i forwarded it to 1821, to get this achievement as well, because You need to get to tech 32 anyways for Poland into space.

You can find more details in the wiki: https://eu4.paradoxwikis.com/The_Struggle_for_Royal_Power
To become an "absolutist monarchy" you have to abolish the Sejm, which means getting rid of your starting Tier 1 government reform (if picking the option to PU Lithuania). The "conventional" way of doing this is via Poland/Commonwealth's unique Disaster that can trigger in the Age of Absolutism.

I cant form commonwealth because i am going for other achievement when you must max out every technology.

In what way does that prevent you from forming the Commonwealth? You should really check the actual achievement conditions instead of assuming something from the flavor text

Achievements have starting conditions and completion conditions. Starting conditions only have to be fulfilled when you start the game so that the game starts to keep track of the achievement's completion conditions and you get the achievement when those completion conditions are met. If you see the achievement in the in-game achievements list then starting conditions don't matter anymore.

For "Poland can into space" the starting condition is that you are playing as Poland and completion conditions are having 32 in every tech. So forming another country after you have started the game as Poland doesn't affect your ability to get the achievement. Likewise starting the game as another nation and forming Poland via a decision DOESN'T let you get then achievement because you weren't Poland at the beginning.
Thanks guys, I got both achievements plus some additional that i was not aware of.
