You need to add the bundle to your cart to get the discount from the bundle.
If this doesn't work, can you show a screenshot of the bundle in your cart?
If you can create a steam screenshot, you can upload it to steam and post the link here and steam will automatically add a preview image. But I don't know a way to make a steam screenshot of the steam client itself
I submitted a help request to the winter sale. Not sure if that will go anywhere.
I double checked to make sure I wasn't doing anything wrong, or misreading the store bundle type, but I definitely wasn't - the price was just wrong in the cart.
The sale is over now anyway. :(
I got a generic response implying that they can't do anything about sales during non sale events. I responded that this seemed to be a technical/programming issue, hopefully they will fix that so next time it will work properly (advertised/stated cost equals what appears in the cart).
I was doing it at 12:40-45 EDT which is 15-20 minutes before the sale ended.
The same issues is repeatable now, I can see an offer for the EUIV Ultimate Bundle; price offered is around $41, when I put it into my cart the price goes up to around $71.
Looking at now - the way it says, "If purchasing for yourself, you will not receive an extra copy of..."
This suggests the cart is treating it as a set bundle (where you have to buy everything in it, even if you already own some of the items), rather than a dynamic bundle where you use it to only buy the items you're missing.
If Paradox reputation wasn't so exceptional (?) I'd almost feel this was a tactic to try and trick people into paying more than they should...
Overall it looks like a Steam store error and somebody (Steam or Paradox) needs to reset it so that it actually works as a dynamic bundle again.
