Anyway to stop auto drilling quit after war declaration?

Just need a few troops for some war...this is very annoying in the later game...any suggestions?

No - not really. But on the bright side: in the late game You don´t really need to drill, when You declare constantly and it would get annoying. Like You don´t need to drill so Your troops are stronger, because You have more - and You don´t need to do it for professionalism, when You have a lvl 5 mil advisor, and could just recruit generals. You basically just drill for the sake of it, to have the max amount of bonus, which is overkill vs the AI...

Perhaps there´s a mod for it - i don´t know.
