No clue, my old king died the second I attacked Aragon and he got replaced by this 0/0/0 guy called Enrico. The rebellion the sieged my homeland, I couldn't defend it in time because I was in Italy with half of my army and half of my army was fighting a very weak Aragon.
The rebellion won, beheaded Enrico and I got a new 3/4/7 king :p. Manpower was 0 after that tho :( I should have just let it happen I guess
It wasn't the Spanish Civil war, it was called Castilian Civil war.
Spanish Civil war is when you get a regency, I had a 0/0/0 KING called Enrico. :D
I was offered 2 options:
Option 1: get 60 rebels and get closer with portugal
Option 2: get 60 rebels something else
I choose Option 1 and lost the war
This is the only thing I found online about the event: https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/index.php?threads/will-sevilla-steer-to-genoa-isnt-unhistorical.857454/page-10#post-19374427

The rebels want to help you get rid of the ♥♥♥♥ king appearantly?!
I'm beginning to think that you should just let it happen instead of trying to win it. So the rebels win and you get a new leader. Big deal, it's not like you've lost the game.
Better to let them win then to let your economy go in the tank hiring mercs.
