How do you change the province name of a different country?

Either cheats or modding, all is allowed for suggestions. Even though I tried modding and have gone through all possible console commands...
(I want to change Bahmut province name to Lugansk but it's owned by another country which I don't plan to annex but keep as vassal)

You could edit the game folder.
Or you could see if there is a mod. (I have never seen one)
I don't think cheats will work for this.

tag "xxx" (Google EU4 countries to get to the wiki page list with the acronyms for every country)
Rename province
tag "xxx" (Back to yourself)

Steam\SteamApps\common\Europa Universalis IV\localisation
and open the prov_names_l_english.yml with a editor (e.g. notepad++)
search the provincename you want to change, change it and save.

If you play ironman-mode restart the game, if you play non-ironman type reloadloc into the console.
