Can these players play MP successfully with other hosts? AFAIK there is a bug in the steam multiplayer which gets triggered by a broken software which comes preinstalled on some computers. If one of your players has that software, this player can crash the host of eu4 and ck2 games and cause problems in several other games which use the steam multiplayer libraries.
You could ask the players to try to disable all software which tries to optimize game performance.
Or you could try the nakama multiplayer which is unaffected by that bug.

Maybe one of your players changed or reinstalled their computer recently or one of the newer players is causing the issue or somebody installed the problematic software(relatively unlikely with the software I know about, but maybe other software is causing the same problem).

Unfortunately I can't give you more info, because I fear that this would be abused to crash public MP games if this information would be publicly available.

You could try one or more of the following things to find out more about your problem and work towards a solution:
  • try the nakama multiplayer. If it still crashes as frequently, it is definitely a different problem than the one I know about. If it crashes rarely, it could also be an instability issue with nakama(It was unstable when it was new, but I don't know how good it is now)
  • try a game with about half of your normal group. If it crashes with them, try it with half of these people. If it doesn't crash, try it with the other half and if they crash try it with half of them. Basically you do a binary search to try to find the person who causes the crash. Depending on your scheduling constraints, you could also try sessions with just one player at a time. If you found a person who causes the crash when they just play with you, you can try to find the cause on their system. But if it doesn't crash with any of the smaller groups, the number of players might be causing the problem.
  • look at the exception.txt from a few of the crashes and see if they are similar (especially the first few lines of the demangled stack trace) or always different. You could post them here and I can have a look at them. I don't know if I ever saw an exception.txt from this crash on Windows, but I assume that there is a steam dll near the top (and eu4.exe is not in the top line). If the first several lines are all eu4.exe, it is most likely a crash in eu4 which is not the one I'm thinking about.
  • try a different eu4 version. Are you playing 1.33.3? If you are playing 1.33.2, you might have a crash which is related to rulers/heirs/consorts in player countries who get killed or disinherited. If you are already playing on 1.33.3, you could try 1.32.2 instead(or vice versa).

Thanks for your time , i'll try Nakama and Search for the player wh causes crash . I played an offline Campaign without crashes to 1530 Speed 5.
i looked into the file and they're all kinda same! pls have a look

All the crashes are in the library steamclient64.dll. This is a strong indication that the crash is related to the steam networking and I would say it is likely that it is caused by the bug about which I talked in my first comment.

I'm not really sure. I think it had desyncs and crashes, but I don't really remember. When it was originally introduced, it was supposed to replace the steam multiplayer, but many people complained about it and the next version made it optional and set the steam multiplayer as the default. I have not seen any complaints about it in a while, but I don't know if it is better now or if nobody complains, because nobody is using it.
