But I think it is a little weird that dip rep doesn't play any role.
One thing which I discovered when testing this is that you don't get any reasons from "need protection from" if they feel that you are their highest threat. This can happen even if they don't have a threatened attitude towards you. The only way which I know to see by whom they are threatened is the console command "mapmode aihre"
So 100 dev it's the actual maxium
