New Teutonic Order is the most OP i have ever felt
Go prussia it is best military nation ever they say? Teutonic Order has option to go prussia or crusade asia.

My god crusading asia is so busted. I can constant war everything because nobody care about AE over there. I do it as a Western culture. The missions there give permanent army tradition buffs that along with the constant waring keeps my tradition at a permanent 100. Even if i am at peace it basically does not go down even at a 100. And what makes it even more busted is that their missions give them a permanent ability to have 100% of your army consist of cavalry. Since i am SWIMMING in money from all the conquest, i literally run around with 100% cavalry + arty armys. It does not matter who i fight even if the odds are 4:1 my guys just WALK though anything that they come in contact with.

Even vs europe i accidentally declared war on an austra that had 2x the army i did, i just walked over it like it was a joke.

Just look at this ♥♥♥♥, that Army tradition will NEVER god down. Morale is through the roof for the current tech, and infantry to cavalry straight up 100%.

Yeah, well, it's the same as the new PLC, but instead of the winged hussar special units and basically guaranteed 3 PUs early, you get to have a Great Crusader in charge and call yourself a Holy Horde. Whacky.

Also, 25% cav. combat ability is a rookie number.

Thats combat ability, but i can have 100% of them in my army, that alone makes any fight even 4:1 in my favor.

Is it the first time for you to go somwhere else as a european nation than just staying in europe?
Damedius Sep 19, 2022 @ 4:20am
Doesn't this happen with every DLC now.? OP at launch and then nerfed after most people have already bought it.

That's what I'm saying - PLC can have 100% cav to infantry ratio now too. But they also get Winged Hussars+Cossacks and generally instead of going the hard way conquering, they get restore PU CBs on Bohemia, Hungary. They also get guaranteed PU with Lithuania(or you can join the HRE and maybe still get the PU later anyway), and just as the Teutons, they get claims on Russia, of course. The only cool thing that the Teutons get compared to PLC are the horde ideas, IMO.

Teutonic Order missions are fun, but not nearly the most OP this patch.

I have 1400+ hours in this game, i have gone from any side of the world to any other side. However these mission buffs that teutonic order gets, with free CB for basically most of asia just makes it busted.

No their MISSIONS literally give claims to take pretty much everything from the baltics to asia right above india. I never fabricated any claims, i just took everything as i basically always had claims on everything. You do NOT need any religious ideas with them i got 7 missionaries active with so much missionary power that even sunni provinces no matter the development get converted in 6-12 months.

With 13 true faith faith tolerance i pretty much do not get rebels ever too. With out having religious or humanatist ideas.

With all that converting you also the so much papal influence that you basically click all the buttons at all time and still have too much left over.

I think you misunderstand. All of this is simply done with Religious ideas, means that everyone can do it. Perma claims are of course nice, but thats about it. What you have done with TO now i have done with TO before, so i dont see why its suddenly overpowered.

Which just goes to show how poorly thought out this patch is...

There is a difference between being able to attack and having actual claims. Everything you have a claim on takes less AE to take, uses less admin power to core and cores faster. Religious ideas do not do that, they just basically let you attack anything next to you that is not your religion

Any nation even the smallest 3-3-3 single province nation can easelly be made into worlds greatest power by a player, the point is how easy it is with TO and how out of control it gets.

Claims do not reduce AE, but indeed cost less to core. The Deus Vult CB reduces AE, but doesnt make provinces cost less admin power. Thats why said that perma claims are nice, but Administrative is a standard idea so everything costs 25% less anyway.

Yeah, thats the point of new mission trees, to make the usual expansion route easier, but none of that is overpowered. What is actually overpowered is that new government reform that refunds the full cost of centralizing a state.

Not really, they stay as they are unless they are REALLY broken. I think this play style was totally intentional by PDT.
