Report a translation problem
1) Add these to all ruler personalities:
2) In defines.lua change these:
AGGRESSIVENESS = 10000
GOVERNING_CAPACITY_OVER_PERCENTAGE_TOLERATED = 100.0
Those changes will make the AI much more aggressive. Tune "enemy_strength_multiplier" to define how strong alliance isn't still strong enough to make the AI scared. "1.0" is the default state and "0.0" means that AI doesn't care how powerful the other nation/alliance is.
