Seize land not working
Not much room to elaborate here. when i click on seize land, i get no land, the estates lose no land, but i still get the estates opinion hit from doing it. it's extra annoying, since i have negative modifiers for only having 27% of crown land. tried seize land several times, none worked

Certain privileges given to estates explicitly prevent those estates from losing any land when you seize it. Thus, if you've given each estate such a privilege...

Other than that, something else weird and irritating may be going on but without more info I can't say what it might be. Which estates do you have? What privileges have you given them? Are you using mods? Are you on the most recent game version? Have you disturbed an Indian burial ground lately?

Increased Levies now blocks Seize Land for the nobility, which suggests somehow the land of the other estates was earmarked for the nobility also since it got absorbed - something not possible in the vanilla game. That's all I got.

Hmmm, and that mod was updated nearly a year ago. I'm going to guess that sometimes, not always, the mod's risk of breaking actually fires. This could have any number of weird and outright inexplicable effects, especially if it's not the only one you use.

Do me a favour. Turn that specific mod off and start a brand new game with a brand new country. Try to Seize Land as your VERY first action. If it works, we may have our culprit.

The most recent one yeah, though there've been a few "We have changed this" notes which are not universally applied. I've still got the now-supposedly Dai Viet-only Nobility privilege of "Command of the Military" in all of my games.

checked the paradox wiki, and yeah, levies prevent me from seizing land from the nobility, and since they're the only ones who own land... makes sense
maybe ive been seizing land without keeping an eye out for who owns what and over time me and the nobility have been absorbing the other estates land. it all adds up now lol, thanks
