Today I learned Spy Networks give Tech Cost Reduction if the country you are developing a spy network in has a higher tech level than you.

Spy Networks also provide Aggressive Expansion Impact reduction in that nation.

I have suddenly become much more interested in spies and the espionage ideas. I knew about Siege Ability but not Tech or AE reductions. Figured I would share in case anyone else was not aware as at 2000+ hours with over half the achievements this is news to me.
