East India Company worth releasing?

Currently playing britain and debating if i should release east india company as subject or keep provinces as trade company. Im currently leaning towards keeping provinces as trade company and not releasing east india company.

What do you think?

For roleplay purposes, sure. However, you won't be able to integrate them as they are something akin to a colonial nation, and therefore you'll be missing out on the benefits of directly controlling all India (and anything else you give them) as part of a normal trade company.

Matter of fact, if you want to save on mana points for the conquest of India, best thing to do might be to release the EIC as an OPM, then break vassalage and annex them, then release them as a normal nation that you can feed most of India to and diplomatically integrate later.

I think its best bet to not release EIC and just keep india in TC. Also i havent had any problems with mana.

I just think that there are too many benefits to keep india in TC compared to EIC.

Yeah its nice to have that option and flavour and historical but im going for TC.
