1. the King of Prussia Incident is not active and my game is in English.
2. I have not used the Enforced Unity of Faith privilege.
3. The Military access ai thing is the only one that might make sense, but I've tried reloading many times from multiple save files, and it doesn't work.
4. I don't think the CN with a parliament in a failing colony explains it because I haven't seen any nations like that.
5. Burgundy doesn't even exist at this point.
6. I do have some mods, but they're hardly anything I'd call game-changing. One is a graphics mod and the others are made by the same people and I know for a fact that they are all up-to-date and compatible.
7. I don't think it is this one either because I don't have any unit model mods.
Also, I have a pc that has never had a problem running eu4 before yesterday.
Any other suggestions.
If you play the game in english, try to switch to german and see if you can get past the date that way(in that case it is not the king in prussia, but some different message. Maybe a log message which isn't even shown).
If these don't help, I can have a look if you provide me with your save game and links to the workshop pages of the mods which you use.
