Regency Council? What's that?

So I'm playing as Hungary and I really want to start a war, but it says that I have a regency council, what's that and how can I get rid of it?

a Regent is someone that takes over rule if the Emperor , King , Duke , Count or Baron are to young or out in prison or something similar , in Hungrays case which is a awesome story you should look it up long story short Hungary-Poland was owned by one king he died by a Crusade agiants the Ottoman Empire he died and a rehent took his place since he has no children and you get awesome choices but as i said you should look it up its awesome , but to get rid of it just wait till you are 15 then you can declare war :)

His son was born posthumously I believe.

Hungary gets this godlike regency + very good general per event early into the game.
Won't allow you to war anyone though :)

thats why you wait to allie with the country attacked by Bosnia or Serbia allies with romania at the last second and get 2 vassalize :)
