Is it possible to make my vassal's armies attach to mine?
I've seen my vassals armies occasionally autonomously attach to mine(whenever they're feeling like being useful, I guess), but is it possible to command them to, or at least somehow encourage them to? I'm in a war where the only way I stand a chance of winning it is getting my vassals to follow me, but they'd rather go siege random places.

If you select an army you can check a small box that tells vassals and allies wether or not they should attach to it.
Sometimes you will have to go and "pick them up" with that army in case they are just standing somewhere, but especially if you uncheck that box for your other armies it usually works.

That doesn't work. I check that box and go run over them, but they just go elsewhere.

probably because
-you either have another group with that box checked
-the army you ve selected is already big and AI, as it should, does not want to stack up because of attrition problems
-ennemy has no army left so AI decides to siege(unlikely, i would bet on second point)

i always recruit a few mercenaries(4-5) to lead allies with a small army to avoid attrition problem, they follow everytime
