-3 military power because of 1/4 leaders?
Does anyone know what this means? I get a -3 bonus in my military research because of this 1/4 leader.

Either you have the numbers backwards and it is 4/1 or your game is bugged.
You have a maximum amount of leaders, military or naval, that you can have without paying upkeep. The base number is one leader, certain things like ideas, being leader of the HRE or buildings can grant you more. For every leader that you employ above that number you will have one point deducted of your montly military monarch point income. Exceptions are making your monarch or his heir a leader, they don't require any upkeep.

I have same issue, moreover my new king is a loser...

can I dismiss a leader?
can I dismiss/kill the king?

You can't dismiss the king, he does have a higher chance of dying while being the general though (I think).
You can dismiss other leaders in the mmilitary tab when they are currently unassigned.

The fastest way to get rid of a King you don't like, at the cost of -2 stability when he dies, is to make him a general and keep sending him into battle. -1 stability for normal death, -1 for dying in battle.

The reason you have -3 is definitely because you are only allowed 1 military leader and you have 4 or something is messed up.

Paradox in the past has said that Rulers just being made a General increases their death changes as well since rulers will have 2 death rolls a year instead of one, being in battle increases it even more.

Thanks guys! I found out and dismissed the leaders (I had 6/1 and with my king 0/0/0 it was 0 increase in military)
I will put this little fu ck er as a leader in a suicidal mission :)

Do keep in mind that you lose an extra point of stability if your ruler dies in battle though.

yeah but a 0/0/0 is just a thing that
1. is really disgusting to think he rules my country :)
2. I have so low chance of extending tech

Plus my heir is very good

Do you think is not a good idea? I have +1 stability now

Yeah, might be your best option to try and kill him off.
Good luck with that, from my experience the worst rulers are the most tenacious... :gs_sad:
