kinda....simplest way is to not have a heir and
stay in the 100 yr war.

What happens if you win the 100 years war? (like i didi)
Alex Jan 29, 2014 @ 3:26pm
It can still happen. I got a 4/6/4 ruler from it. Then the pretender that wanted the throne was 6/6/5, so I lost it, but I really won it.

what year did this happen?

I don't remember, about 10 years after 100 years war ended with a 0/0/0 ruler in France. It's MTT is 50 years or something, so I wouldn't worry about it, as long as you have no heir. Just don't enter into RMs and you should avoid it.

Never mind, i just triggered it took awhile though

But i have another qustion, i sent a 19 man regiment to fight rebels, and there moral imeadeatly droped to halve, is this a glitch or just bad luck? (i am new to this game)

it's bad tactics.

when you start a fight the morale bar is shown relative to the highest. for example, you have 2 max morale, they have 4. so when you start a fight your morals is 'half' there's

That makes alot of sense, thanks for clearing this up

note that having your monarch as a general will decrease the MTT quite a lot on this event

just a question, how can his rebels have higher base morale then his armies?
It's supposed to be the same at least isn't it?
Mikey Jan 30, 2014 @ 7:27am
the rebels are a seperate nation entirely if you look at game mechanics, so it is entirely possible they have different base morales
Doomvora Jan 30, 2014 @ 7:30am
Rebels from special events (peasants war, nationalism, rebel sentiment, wotr etc.) have a set amount of morale that is increased by the military tech of a nation, so if you have low prestige, the morale of the enemies are usually larger than yours, also rebels supported by someone have the supporters military tech (usually higher than yours)

I personally thought rebels always spawn based on the tech of the country they are in.
There were actually posts on how irritating it was to get nationalists in african countries to spawn within days after taking it over which have the same techlevel as you.
Meaning that your 5k army that just obliterated the african doomstack can't deal with the rebels because they have learned how to use european weapons and have trained into proffesional armies with way better tactics in days.

Based on that post (looong time ago) I thought rebels would spawn with an equal tech level to the country that owns the province they spawn in
