Truce Bug?

For some reason, even though the truce ended years ago, I can't declare war on Bosnia as Hungary. The little white flag is gone, and I waited a few years but every time I go to declare war, it tells me that I'm breaking the truce and I end up receiving the penalty for it if I do. It's incredibly aggravating. I had to reload the auto-save when the Ottomans declared war on them. :I

Am I missing something? I know guaranteeing them keeps you from being able to attack them but after you end it, does it put a truce between you and the country you're guaranteeing?

I also have this problem trying to attack Tunisia as Byzantium.

Same here. I'm playing Bahmanis and the truce with Vijayanagar is renewed whenever it runs out. I'd been guaranteeing their independence before, but revoked it long ago. Maybe the guarantee-mechanic is indeed the problem?

Some rebel demands and receiving trade power also give one-way truces, can it be either of those? I think revoking a truce should only give a "basic" truce of 5 years.

look in your own diplomatic window. Sometimes only you have the flag, if something special happened.

Guaranteeing nations and revoking it gives a (if memory serves me well) 10 year truce timer. This one does NOT show as a little white flag though.

And the funny thing with this truces is you cant see them and they can stack to 20 years. Isnt it great. :D
