How to stop coalition
So after forming Scandanavia as Denmark I start a war with The Hansa. I vassalise The hands and annex Brunswick. Then most of the HRE including my unfaithful allies (except Hungary) join a coalition against me. Bohemia goes for the kill and forces me to release Brunswick. How can I remove the coalition and stop it from happening again.

You probably got too high of an aggressive expansion by taking too much territory too fast. You need to take things slower and relax. Grab a bunch of territory and then relax for a few years to stabilize yourself. It can take years for your aggressive expansion modifier to go down far enough.

Why would you need coalitions stopped, use them to attack your powerfull opponents (since only coalition leader can call in his allies) untill they start to leave the deathtrap they call "coalition" themselves :mailedfist:

Winning (and not taking territory), or losing twice makes the coalition disband (lower your AE with countries involved), so you can pick and choose.

Taking territory for yourself and releasing states as puppets from conquered territory also lowers your AE.

Or you can do what Cerulean|PRINCE mentioned and just take it easy for a few years (best solution AFAIK).
I'm pretty certain that releasing states as vassals does in no way reduce your AE. The only benefit of releasing vassals is to manage overextension and save admin monarch points for not needing to core provinces.
Moreover, from my experiences (and wiki is backing this) coalitions do not automatically dissolve when a certain number of wars have been lost/won. It's all about the attitude of the members and their AE relation penalty towards you.

So the only way to deal with coalitions that are superior to you is to wait and improve relations with those members that do not have a ridiculously high AE penalty. Although it is always wise no to encourage the AI to form coalitions, as they can be a pain...and if they are vastly superior, they will also use their coalition CB to cut you down in size again.
@Xandruz Austria, France and Bohemia are in the coalition so I cant risk a fight with them.
Strength will prevent your foes from declaring war on you. If you can't create this strength yourself than you look elsewhere to create a strong web of allies and vassals to fill the gap. An alliance with a strong Spain, Russia, GB or Ottomans might have caused the Bohemian menace to think twice about invading.

As others have said your only two options now are to wait it out (play nice for a while) or if you can gain an upper hand in military power a coalition can be beneficial as Xandurz pointed out.

I hope you grabbed diplo ideas because if you want to expand into the HRE region you will need a strong diplomat core to appease and difuse hostile situations.

Ughh... You let France join on their side, is France in coalition on their side or are they just allied with Bohemia?
Who are your allies and have you integrated Sweden and Norway yet?

Edit:
Sometimes, it is just better to surrender with as little loss as possible when you face overwhelming odds, then plan your comeback when you have a strong position.

As Bandit17 mentioned make some powerfull allies (get France on your side XD) and try again.
Also even when they are in a coalition against you, if you strike when the most powerfull nations in it are embroiled in a protracted war, you will win 8/10 times (even with weaker/less forces).

Well since Im allied with England and france Rivaled me i cant really allie with them. Also I had an alliance with Poland and Lithuania until Bohemia went to war with Poland and called Lithuania in. I Helped Poland so Lithuania doesnt like me. Poland went for peace and anulled all agreements with me. So they both dont like me. Meanwhille Bohemia is expanding....
What is the date? The Protestant revolution changes the diplomatic game quite a bit. Especially weak newly Protestant countries in the beginning may like it when big bad Scandinavia becomes one of the faithful...
