Poland as HRE emperor?

I just anexed 3 provinece of Branderburgia into Poland, i plan that during next war wih Branderburgia to make them my vasal, does if will have elector as my vasal, will make King of Poland to be Emperor instead of Emperor ;-)

Nah, I'm fairly certain they will loose their electorship if you vasalize theim.

Yeah, unless you are emperor when you vassalize an elector it will fail. The current HRE emperor will find another nation. What you can do is lose provinces on purpose, become smaller, and then join the HRE.

Now Branderburg is Vasal of Poloand one down, but how be the emperor :-)

In the past, I have become Emperor by simply vassalizing the Emperor himself. However, you have to be eligible and I think Poland is not as an Elective Monarchy. You may have to abolish the Sejm first.

If not Sejm Poland will be superpower, but we have that sillly elective monrachy called Wolana Elekcja :-(

Poland should get an event (I think it is after the year 1600) where you are able to abolish the Sejm.
