I was once able to reset the parliament debates every month so that I could get the one I wanted, but this doesn't seem to be happening anymore. Is there any way I can fix this? I need that extra colonist!

I just tested it and it still works. But you have to reopen the list to see the changes. Or did you maybe already select a debate? Then you can't select a new one till the old one runs out. Or maybe you are only eligible for few debates and randomly got the same ones. The colonist debate requires that you completed either expansion ideas or exploration ideas

Ah, thanks! I guess I'm just an idiot, lol. I knew that you had to have exploration or expansion, just didn't remember they needed to be completed. I didn't see any change in the debates after a few months, although maybe that's because those were the only issues available. I checked the changelog of one of the recent updates and found in the 1.31.3 patch a bug fix to parliament issues, and I thought the ability to reset them every month was removed.
