Cheat for Client States
Is their a cheat to create client states?

make_subject [<tag>] [<your tag>] client_vassal
To see country tags, type 'debug_mode` and hover over any of their provinces.

If you wanna enable the button for use at any time, download the client state mod off the workshop.
