Followup edit: the wiki is wrong about the Imperial Campaign CB. I can attack Poland with it as the French HRE Emperor, which has nothing to do with Burgundy. The mechanics are identical, to Imperial Ban, though--same percentage costs and possible peace terms. The only real difference is that the Ban's wargoal is a specific HRE province while the Campaign's wargoal is the enemy capital.
Assuming you have passed enough reforms, there is also the "Extend Empire CB", which can be used either when they hold a HRE province, or they are small enough to be added to the Empire in a single peace deal.
