Anyone Have A Fars Guide?

So, I was thinking about who I want to play as for a new run. I chose Fars because I don't have experience as a country that starts off in the Persian region and it seems less popular than Ajam or Ardabil. However, I realize I have no strategy nor can I really find any online. Do any of you guys have strategies for this country?

It's pretty straightforward. First, break free from the Timurids and grab as much of their land as you can in the process. Unless Shah Ruhk lasts an unusually long time, this should be easy. Then focus on pushing east into India until you can form the Mughals, one of the game's strongest tags. Persia is another option, of course. It's good, but not the equal of the Mughals.

you usually can get support for independence from the mamluks day one ( might have to chose Lenient Taxation sometimes though) than even breaking free isn't hard at all. i personally like to ally as many vassals as possible before so i wont have to take the 3 stab hit .
might be less land i get out but not having to pay for 3 stab and investing that saved admin into getting renaissance fast is also a win (mamluks will still be in the war if they support you btw)

Bear in mind the biggest threat will not be the Timurids, but the Transoxians, who are likely to basically replace them once their vassals all break away and stop wanting to help each other. I'd advise prepping to swallow up as many of the other small nations nearby as swiftly as possible to help you prepare for that fight - Khorasan, Sistan, Biapas, Mazandaran, maybe even Baluchistan or Afghanistan.

If you're lucky, of course, they'll get distracted with Nogai and Uzbek to their north, giving you plenty of time to solidify your position and decide on where you really want to go in the future.

If there are other nations who would support you I'd probably stay out of the vassal revolts and let them bleed each other dry before jumping them :p

(despite what others said about independence )
it will all be depending of what do you want to achieve ?
forming persia ?
going zoroastrian ?
going true hair of timur ?
going wc ?
