humble bundle question

i bought the humble bundle when this game was on sale for every dlc except origins for $20 and for some reason it says i don't own it even tho i bought it for sure. i had the subscription fro three months at the same time that i bought it so maybe that interfered? if you can, i would appreciate the help

The fact it say you don't own a DLC when you do activate it is indeed a bug, got the message every time I activate a new DLC, but it still work.

yeah it says its unable to verify the ownership of all dlcs (minus origins) but all of them can be enabled? like last time i ran the game i noticed i was running vanilla cause there was no great powers system, and stuff like that

Have you attempted to contact steam support regarding this issue? You may do so through Help > Steam Support > EU4 > DLC or bonus content is missing.

If you bought the bundle you have to check your account on humble bundle. Go to the purchase, open each line and it'll reveal a code. Add it manually using the "add a game" function in the bottom left corner of the steam window. Then move on to the next line and repeat.
