Not anymore.
Many publishers surely drop prices, but not as low as they did in the past - or, during special sales around the year. This type of sale right now, is the lowest they will go ... until the next Humble Bundle. Unless the next Inflation hits that too.
Yeah snagging that bundle back in the day made you very lucky ;p
Currently we (PDX) have no future plans to run another bundle with humble bundle for EUIV. Obviously plans have potential to change and be formed in the distant future. But at least for the near future I can say right now is likely going to be one of the best times to get in.
The March 2022 bundle was a charity bundle to raise money for something humanitarian in Ukraine which had just been invaded. So that was unique circumstances.
My guess is that GOG wouldn't be able to compete if they did because they're slightly more expensive than Steam (but you can download the setup files and then never need any kind of internet connection to install your game, so that's a very interesting place to buy games).
So you might have that kind of discount later on GOG, or not considering the reviews there.
The answer to both is just complicated marketing reasons :) I don't even have the exact details myself.
