is it coming next year like leaks are saying? i herd no more dlc is coming to this one now

There have already been more than 30 dev diaries for EU5 without a formal announcement date. No one knows when that will happen or what the release date will be.

As for more EU4 DLC, it seems unlikely at this point. The Tinto studio is focused on EU5. I hope they do some more bug fix patches, though.
