since you have so many gold mines high lvl advisers should have given you an advantage . since inflation doesn't matter for the achievement ;). you should either get religious or humanist as one of your ideas because switching by decisions will be rebel hell & your economy will crash. also save some mil to boost your legitimacy or devotion/equivalent asap.
i recomment to take the map event asap to check if you have to restart the game (ethiopia converted or not and crash the game afterwards to save on ae )
