UI scale

So i wanted to come back to the game after some years.
the problems is my monitor is 2560x1440 Resolution and on standart scale i cant read ♥♥♥♥.
but with ui Scale (i need like 40 or 50%) all ui gets so damn unsharp that its verry unplesenmt to look at. so is there a way to renden teh ui in higther resolution?
i would like to spend some moeny on the "new" dlcs but , i cant play like this

They scale the UI to the size which it would have with a resolution of 1920x1080.

Another option would be to run the game in a lower resolution, but that would be a little more blurry(but less blurry than the ingame UI scaling).

You could also try mods which replace the font. Most alternative fonts are easier to read than the default eu4 font. In the past I used the following mods, but I don't know if they still work:
