Yes, you should have.
Yeah, so much for liberty of expression. Let´s see Netanyahu and do nothing.
Since you don´t care, don´t post.
Anyway. Is there any rooom at all all for the new DLCs? It seems just more milking for me. Austria got 2 mission trees already, is this the third?
I am looking forward to DLC because I like fun mission trees and achievement. Someone might not look forward to it because they don't add new mechanics. That someone doesn't have to buy the DLC and won't miss out or anything. I will buy it because it will be worth it for me and I can afford it easily.
In my opinion, yes. I've had a lot of fun with the new DLCs--and if fun isn't the point of gaming, what is?
Most of us are on the board are here because we support and love Paradox for most of their successive releases. Personally, I haven't felt milked at all, because of the number of hours I get back in return. I'm glad when games are supported long after release. It means they cared about my boredom and worked to remedy it. I understand you and a few others don't feel that way. However, the beauty of the situation is you don't have to buy and you can keep your current patch as long as you like, and I can move on to enjoy the new patches going forward. We're both allowed to win, and the complaining is wholly unnecessary.
I suppose the current "late stage" DLC era is a relatively low cost way for them to earn some more money and produce content for the people who are happy about the game in general and just want to keep it around for a while longer before it eventually fades away.
Don't see what's wrong with that. Seems like a win-win. Except for folks who don't even want to play the game any more but somehow feel compelled to buy the DLC anyway.
No, this is relatively new. DLCs of the 2014-2018 era added things for everyone, or large groups (i.e. religions). The last patch that added something for everyone was Leviathan with monuments, going on three years ago now. It is the paid mission trees era, that PDS realized they could keep charging, again and again, for mission trees of the same tags.
That's whats so f***** weird, there is room (i.e. untouched-by-DLC tags, e.g. the non-Inca south americans) but they refuse to touch those. Instead keep pumping out paid mission trees for popular tags.
