Is that the tag PER or a country named "Eyalet-i Pers"? If it is the tag Persia, how big are they? Did the Ottomans maybe cause a country to be eligible to form Persia(e.g. by releasing Ajam from the required provinces)? Or maybe it was created by rebels. There is at least one event ("Qizilbash Revolt") which spawns Persian separatists

They took 10 provinces from the Timurids, i look there roughly 5 years later and they have this eyalet. They never owned more than this. I am the one that owns all the provinces needed to form persia.

It IS the persian tag, i cant form it myself now as i wanted to... Since persia already exists.

Utter bs. Do they get a free persian vassal just from owning a single persian province?

I'm not sure if I understand you correctly. Is the PER tag called "Eyalet-i Pers" and an eyalet of the Ottomans? Or is there an eyalet and a separate country Persia with the PER tag?

All nations that become eyalets get weird new names but stay the same tag.

In this case, "Eyalet i Pers" IS persia. The Ottomans somehow made them their eyalet without Persia existing and without having the required provinces to form Persia.

Yes, but an eyalet is not necessarily an existing country. Many of the eyalet events use a country which does not currently exist.
