The Ottomans start out with their capital in Edirne, which is in Europe.
And you wouldn't be able to move your capital to Asia as Russia.
From the wiki: The capital cannot be moved to another continent unless it is the last province in its current continent and has no neighboring provinces.
Sadly you can't move your capital to another continent anymore, unless it's the last province you own on a continent. :(
Yep just tried it in my Tunis game, can't move my capital to modern day Saudi Arabia, which counts as Asia, even though I have a direct land bridge.
