Qizilbash as Persia

Hi! I am playing as Persia for the first time, and I do not know how to do this mission in Persian mission tree:

"Recruit the Aswaran" - have at least 30 Qizilbash units

I don't know where I am supposed to recruit/get them - I looked into recruitment and merc tabs, estates and edicts. Nothing. Are they part of DLC I do not own or what is missing? I have 5 of these units duo one mission reward i did before, but that's it.

This is all part of the most recent DLC, King of Kings - though if you do not have that DLC active, you should not be seeing the missions it adds either.

With King of Kings active, enacting the decision "Form Persian Nation" to become Persia gives you a new Estate called the Qizilbash. In order to recruit the special units of the same name, you must give that Estate a specific privilege called "Establish the Qizilbash Regiments". After that, you should be able to recruit Qizilbash units through the macrobuilder like normal troops.
