Add/Cancel Edict for all states.

I run into situations where I'm low on manpower and as a way to keep myself in a war, I'll swap all of my states provinces to an increased manpower edict. Thing is, even with the builder UI, enabling and canceling 50+ states worth of national manpower edicts can be a tedious under taking.

Was just hoping this was somewhere on the quality of life updates.

I'd love this! It's great they added the notification about cancelling them, but a way to mass remove them would be nice too.

The devs don't generally look here though, so best to suggest it on the official Paradox forums for the best chance of them doing it.

Agreed, it's a good idea. And also agreed, it's a good idea that might get noticed on the official boards but will be ignored here.
