help with "Landing Pronoiar" as byzantium

I must be dumb or something, at what point are we alloud to make our vassels into Pronoiars so we can inherit their land.

At any point. Go to the vassal's diplo screen, influence tab, and land a pronoia. Note that the number you may have depends on many factors (force limit, idea groups, government reforms).

i havent assigned any yet but it still doesnt show the option, is there a pre requesit to doing it or a decision i make early on that doesnt let me do it

Are you on the latest version and have the new King of Kings DLC active? Do you still have "Byzantine Autocracy", "Reformed Byzantine Monarchy", "Roman Empire", or "Roman Republic" as your Tier 1 government reform?

forgive me, i was up to date but i had to validate the files for everything to clear up that i got the new dlc and update, thanks for the tip
