Why I cannot play this game

Every time I try to play a new game , it just stop and shut down.
I reinstalled several times but it's same
Iam so sad :((

Have you verified files? Repeatedly reinstalling corrupt files won't fix anything

Do I understand you correctly that the launcher doesn't work for you?
Which OS are you using?
