Artillery siege bonuses changed?

I'm sieging lvl 2 fort now and it says I need 4 for +2, 6 for +3, 8 for +4, 10 for +5. It used to be 5 arty for +5 bonus, no?

The higher the fort lvl, the lower the bonus the arty provide
It's like 5arty/fort lvl

you need more arty for higher level forts, which makes sense.
