I want a amish faith
It would be really fun to have an amish empire and king.

Make a mod for it--I'm sure Paradox will never implement them. For their "bonuses," they should have

1) Can never advance in tech
2) Can never recruit any military units
3) Must disband all existing military units and forts
4) Can never have any allies.

Their life-expectancy will be measured in nanoseconds.

The only thing they are protesting is their continued human status. The species got this far by using its brain, and they are actively refusing to. As far as I'm concerned, they are on the same level as Flat Earthers and anti-vaxxers: worth slightly less than the average tapeworm, because at least those can find some limited medical use as weight loss aids.

The only reason the Amish survive at all is because they happen to be living in the country that they do. I'd like to see them try that, not even so far as the Middle East, but in Portugal or Italy or Poland. Hell, the way things are going at the moment even the UK and the Scandinavians aren't looking too safe.

Tell you what though, I'd love to see if the Amish are sufficiently passive and passing-Christian-enough to last a full generation in Iran or Pakistan. The Quran specifically demands of Muslims that they do not oppress the other Peoples of the Book - and the Amish are sufficiently pacifist that there can be no even vaguely legitimate excuse of self-defence.

Stick that **** on pay-per-view. You could clear most countries' national debt within a week.

Amish are Anabaptists. I'm not sure what this means, other than that they aren't Baptists.

they are more reformed in their church structure and their beliefs are also more reformed than protestant. I think they should be under reformed

What makes you think that they will be able to run any kind of government at scale? "Nice people" won't be able to make the hard decisions.

You could probably mod in Anabaptists as a potential heretic rebel. But as Marquoz points out their beliefs present some mechanical difficulties. At best you could just and religious penalties for armies and tech cost (e.g. have armies reduce Religious Unity or something), and handwave it as a religious state compromising on the 'religious' side of things to make the 'state' side work, as so many of them do. But that kinda just sounds punishing and unfun.

The world has never been kind to those who wish to be left alone merely to live life be their own set of rules on their own terms.
