As ottomans should I be annexing my core eyalets?

title says all really, should I be annexing them eventually? Currently own tunis, mamlucks and Hungary as eyalets. But it will take up to 40+ years for integration

We've already covered this in the thread you started about idea groups. Yes, you should be annexing them. Completing the Admin and Influence idea groups will reduce the cost and time by 40% when you enact the policy that requires both. Influence will also increase your diplomatic reputation (as will the Diplo group), both of which will further speed up annexation.

Note, however, that annexing land whose trade you can't benefit from is not a priority. Until you move your collection point to Italy, you can't route trade from Tunis or Hungary anywhere that helps you. The Mamluks are much more important.
