EDIT: Well, short of playing a full game without a single console command just in case, that's how it looks.
But it's quite fun playing as Ming (by the way I just realize that I wrote Quing...) you need to pay a lot to the country it's way more fun developing in this case than the usuales games. It likes it means something.
Now everyone is happy with over 60% of loyalty.
Are they even annoying? I never play Ming, but played Qing in Domination a while ago and gave them a bunch of priviledges since they seemed like a decent estate.
The only annoying part of China i have noticed is the constant flooding of the Yellow river...
I don't know about Qing, but the debuffs you get from making the Eunuchs angry is really annoying. specially taking into account that you have to manage the river flood etc
edit I want to add, that I don't like that you get debuffs even if they don't have lands and your mandates is bellow 50. ♥♥♥♥ the eunuchs.
