It's a main announcement, same as always :)

However - Steam is using a moderation system which delays it being pushed everywhere at once

It's actually Steam that decides where it goes. I just say it's a game update - then Steam puts it where it think it fits

Whatever it was since it the game is not starting anymore, launcher says "Ending code 134" when starting the game
