I am playing as Venice in the year 1513 and own almost the Italian peninsula except for few province s, and own whole Balkan and some part of Tunisia
I need you people's advice on the following questions:
1)Should I form Italy now and follow its mission tree and just for fun try to restore the roman empire.
2)Should I wait till I subjugate Austria with my mission tree (of Venice) then form Italy(I have no GC issues.) Will Austria with Hungary as a vassal will be disloyal(when they don't have Tirol which is needed for the mission)
3) My current allies are Austria and Castille with Aragon and France as vassal any suggestion and diplomacy.
4)Should reform into a monarchy(will my current 6 6 6 ruler be the king)
I am having Republican tradition troubles and plenty of stability problem because of events(i had to waste a lot of mana because of that

You should definitely form Italy. Italy has one of the best national idea sets in the entire game. And since Italy is a monarchy, you might as well ditch your republic. I get rid of it as fast as I can and then form Italy as fast as I can.

To add to my previous comment, my strategy as Venice is to join the HRE. Then I get rid of the republic, become Emperor, form Italy, and revoke the privilege. You can look like this if you do:

In addition to my own lands, the HRE is under my control. You have no need to use your mission tree to subjugate Austria when revoking the privilege will make them your HRE vassal.

but reformation has already started wont it be very had to revoke from now
And a few suggestions for diplomacy(My goal is tp try restore Roman empire)
aND I left hre because of duchy problem because i want able to become monarchy and reforming to monarchy and forming italy(adm 10 req) were a little far away for me to become emperor

No. If you become Emperor quickly and act aggressively enough, the Reformation will never get a strong enough foothold to threaten your grip.

You don't need to form Italy to become a monarchy. Just tank your Republican Tradition by reelecting the same leader every time you get the chance. Eventually when it's low enough you'll fall into a Dictatorship, and when that ruler dies you'll become a regular monarchy.

Join the HRE, ditch the republic, and become Emperor. That gives you the Empire rank and eliminates the "duchy problem" forever. I usually become Emperor as Venice between 1460 and 1480. That gives me plenty of time to start breaking up big HRE nations and deal with provinces held by states outside the Empire before the Reformation begins.

Yup. That's what I always do. Event choices that lower Republican Tradition are also welcome.

It doesn't have to be! I love playing Italy as a republic.

I did my entire Florence into Roman Empire run as an Italian Signoria and continually elected only Medicis... only to find out to my disappointment that forming the RE invalidates the Tier 1 reform because it requires you to be in the Italian culture group. So, at that point I reluctantly decided to repeat history and reform into a monarchy, with the humorous side effect of finishing the run with only half of my new government reforms taken.

The Italian Signoria is awesome! Annoying that you couldn't keep it with Rome.

That said, IIRC there's a new government reform coming in the update next week exclusive to a Roman republic. So maybe another reason to try an Italian republic into Rome game!
