Hey is there anyone know where can i find mission id of 1.35 ottoman

They are in the files in the missions folder. If you know the localised title of the mission, you can also find the id by searching for it in the localisation files with a tool which can search the whole folder. Then you can get the mission id by removing _title from the localisation key of the mission.

Yes i did that but when i write for example mission tur_estabilish_new_army to console it says inavlid mission key.

You have to use the exact same spelling as in the files. tur_estabilish_new_army does not exist, but there is tur_establish_the_new_army (one "i" less)
Edit: and you are missing a "the" as well

So does it work if you spell it correctly? To avoid spelling mistakes, you can copy&paste the id into the console
