I was wondering if you could mod the files to make the buildings in eu4 instant since it sucks ass to wait so long for buildings to be built.

E:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Europa Universalis IV\common\buildings\00_buildings.txt

There's a value for build time, presumably in months. Say good bye to achievements, obviously.
