Where is the land of Khazaria/Khazar?
Why hasn't the developers add the Nation of Khazaria? The tribes that are allegedly known as Gog and Magog?

I'm pretty shocked by the lack of attention to this game of supposed historic legacy.

If you don't know anything about this Khazar nation here's a spokesperson in 1961 who speaks about them. His name is Benjimen H Freedman.

Triva: The persians don't call the Caspian Sea, "Daryaea Caspian" they call it the "The Sea of The Khazar" or "Daryea Kazar" in Persian. They still do to this day.

Seriously. If you wish to make it as historically accurate you might as well understand the consequences in being remiss of your depication.

I remember there being a Khazar nation in the Crusader Kings II Old Gods start.

I'm not well versed in the subject, but aside from that quick google indicates they existed in an earlier time period than EUIV - So them not appearing is more accurate than if they did.

I agree with Corrupted on this one, khazars were not around during the timeline of EU4.

Please, before you try to act like you're some educated historian, go visit one of your elementry vocab books.

The Khazar Khanate didnt exist anymore in the timeline of Europa Universalis, starting in the 15th Century. You can argue and debate, when Khazan was destroyed, some say in the 10th century, some say in the 13th, but it sure was before EU starts. So, it is historically accurate.
If you want to play Khazan, play CK2, which represents medieval timeline.
