What's the easiest way to change the Dutch Republic into a Constitutional Monarchy?
It's been a long while since I've played a Netherlands game, and I'm thinking of starting a new one once the new expansion comes out. Thing is, I've never tried to turn the Dutch Republic into a monarchy, and I want to try doing that to get access to parliament. So, I have to ask, what's the easiest way to do this?

Get your republic tradition so low you turn into a dictatorship (Res publica dlc required)

After your dictator dies with low enough republic tradition you'll become an absolute monarchy and they change up from there.

The wiki suggests you can go straight to Admin Monarchy - it's been too long since I played for me to remember.

Okay, so the Republican Tradition trick works here as well. Now I just have to hope that I can get lucky and have a decent leader when my tradition is low enough. Oh I hope I can get a van Oranje leader. Incidently, and I the only one bothered by the lack of Orangist leaders that actually are of the van Oranje dynasty?

Why would you ever want to get rid of the Dutch Republic, its one of the best government types in the game?

Because I like having a Parliament better overall, and I also like having one fewer estate to deal with. Plus, as the Netherlands, I could turn most of my provinces into seats of parliament, and the modifiers are pretty nice, but that's just icing on the cake.
